How to add your bank account

Before you can start to sell your cryptocurrency through Crypto2Cash, you will first need to add details of the bank account where you would like your funds sent.

This guide is aimed to help you through the process of adding your bank account details.

Using the ‘bank accounts’ screen

You can easily add your bank account details using the ‘bank accounts’ screen. Open the screen and click the ‘+’ icon at the bottom right of the screen to start adding your bank account details.

What information do you need to provide us?

Every bank account added must be in your own name, or your company’s name in the case of a corporate account.

The Crypto2Cash app will automatically pre-fill your name on the bank account and Crypto2Cash is not able to accept bank accounts in the name of a third party.

Firstly you select the country where your bank account is held followed by the currency you wish to receive in that account.

Depending upon where your bank account is located, the Crypto2Cash app will request further information in order to complete this process. This could be a combination of the following:

  • Bank account number (IBAN)
  • Bank name
  • Bank address
  • SWIFT/BIC code
  • Routing code
  • Bank account statement

When uploading your bank account statement, please make sure it is no older than three months and your name is shown clearly.

After adding your bank account

Crypto2Cash thoroughly checks all bank account details and in the event of a discrepancy in the added bank account information, we will be in touch with you.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about adding your bank account details. Our members of staff are on hand to assist you.
